The Coaching Fellowship provides extraordinary young women leaders of impact access to a professional coaching fellowship enabling them to develop their skills to maximize their potential.
Our international fellowship community is made up of nonprofit leaders, impact entrepreneurs, activists, rocket scientists, artists and more — all young women leaders under the age of 35 who have dedicated their lives to building the world of tomorrow today. Our experienced coaches are trained to accelerate leadership potential and work with our fellows to attain their goals. Our fellows become part of a global women of impact network which stretches 80 countries.
This springtime we have launched our Community Fundraiser 2017, that will enable more young women leaders of impact worldwide to benefit from a life changing experience.
We ask you to pledge an annual donation, and recommend you to join in our fundraising efforts by making a one-time USD 100 donation.
“Coaching has really pushed me to examine and reconcile my motivations for what I do and how I do it, in the context of me as a whole person, more than just my professional self. I’d recommend the Coaching Fellowship to anyone who has the opportunity.”
Tracy Chou, Activist for Women in Tech, Winter 2015 Fellow
“Coaching has taught me to find my core and get in touch with my strengths, weaknesses, passions, and needs which allowed me to see my life in a more holistic way. It has also taught me to recognize my own unique leadership style which has enabled me to maximize my effectiveness in the workplace and beyond. Coaching is an important gift that I have given to myself and hope many other young women can enjoy”
Chaya Pomeranz, CEO ARINGO Consulting, Fellow 2017
“As a social entrepreneur I’m in the business of building bridges on many levels toward a more sustainable future. Coaching has taught me the art to actively and consciously co-create these bridges. I’m paying it forward by making a donation to support this amazing program, thereby making it accessible to many more women to come. Join me!”
Alice Grindhammer, CEO Agora Rollberg, Fellow 2017
